How does the arrival process work?
I typically arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This allows for seamless setup and a brief consultation to discuss your focus areas for the day without cutting into your treatment time.
What equipment is provided for the session?
I provide a professional massage table, high-quality linens, hypoallergenic oils or lotions, and any specialty tools required for your therapy. You only need to provide a warm, quiet room for the session.
How should I prepare my space?
Clear a small floor area (approx. 6ft x 10ft) to accommodate the massage table and allow for movement. Ensuring a comfortable room temperature and minimal distractions will enhance your relaxation experience.
What should I wear during the visit?
Most clients disrobe to their level of comfort while remaining professionally draped under a sheet. For Mat Pilates sessions, comfortable, loose-fitting athletic clothing is recommended.
How long does a typical visit take?
Total visit time includes 15 minutes for set-up and consultation, your chosen treatment duration (60 or 90 minutes), and 10 minutes for pack-up and home-care recommendations.

To maintain high standards, a $10–$25 supplementary travel surcharge applies to specific locations. These set rates ensure clear and professional pricing for each home or office appointment.

What home treatments are available?
We provide expertise in mobile RMT, ranging from relaxing Swedish techniques to firm Deep Tissue and specialized Prenatal care. All treatments are customized to support your physical health and recovery plan.
Is mobile therapy right for me?
Our practice serves busy professionals, parents, and those preferring the comfort of their own space. We eliminate travel time, allowing you to focus purely on your wellness and recovery without leaving home.
Will you provide insurance documents?
Comprehensive digital RMT receipts are issued via email once the treatment is finished. While we do not process direct billing, our documentation is fully compliant with all Ontario insurance provider standards.
Booking Cancellation Standards
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your visit. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.
